Standards are available for ion exchange, size exclusion (gel filtration), and hydrophobic interaction chromatography, as well as for analysis of organic acids and carbohydrates.
Ion Exchange Chromatography Standards
There are two standards for ion exchange chromatography, both suitable for use with bulk resin, cartridges, or columns. Each standard is supplied as a set of six vials of lyophilized protein mixture for qualitative analysis only.
Gel Filtration Chromatography Standard
The gel filtration standard is a calibration standard for size exclusion columns used in protein purification. The mixture includes vitamin B12 and myoglobin, which are visible when eluting from glass or clear plastic columns and can be used to ensure that the column is properly packed and the sample is eluting evenly. The standard can be used with most size exclusion HPLC columns. The standard is supplied as a set of six vials of lyophilized protein mixture.
Organic Acid Standard
The organic acid standard is supplied as a set of six vials of lyophilized mixture for qualitative analysis only.
The carbohydrate standard is supplied as a set of six vials of lyophilized mixture for qualitative analysis only. The standards can be used for column testing or semiquantitative determination.
